Homelessexuality in Laguna Beach

Ahh Laguna Beach, pearl of the OC, where the young have their own TV shows, the old have palatial estates and the homeless have sex on rich people’s lawns  — in broad daylight.

In case you missed it, the Reg published a story yesterday (read it here) about two homeless men arrested for frolicking on the front lawn of a multi-million dollar home on Gaviota Drive shortly after noon. The owner called police who arrested the frisky freeloaders for lewd conduct in public.

    So the rich guy that owns the million dollar house said these guys were on his lawn copulating, and these guys get thrown in jail for lewd conduct?!?! No PROOF whatsoever, other than a wealthy guy saying thats what happened?!?! Im not “FOR” random people having sex in my yard, but I would really hope that it takes a little proof of the act to jail someone. My personal opinion.. if the cop didnt catch them, they shouldnt be able to be jailed for at least that offense. otherwise what stops someone wealthier than you from accusing you of doing the same thing, just because you ruined his beach view for 5 minutes..
