Octuplets’ nursery gets ceiling mural; two due home Tuesday

Nadya Suleman’s first two octuplets now are due home Tuesday, MSNBC is reporting.
Part of the last-minute renovations to her $565,000 La Habra home included a “ceiling mural of cloud-swaddled angels and the words ‘Love, Joy, Peace,’ ” painted on the nursery wall by an L.A. interior designer, the story says.
It lists this homecoming schedule:
- Construction workers finish renovations Monday
- Cleaners sweep, mop, vacuum and tidy up the 4-bedroom home
- Hospital officials make a second safety inspection
- If OK, they’ll release two babies – Noah and Isaiah — on Tuesday
Suleman got home from Disneyland after 1 a.m. Saturday, according to this video interview at radaronline.
“They’re going to think I’m a bad mother,” Suleman admits, citing the reason for the trip with daughter Amerah, 6: “She’s been asking for a year to go to Disneyland. So she earned it.”
Suleman also denied that she’s had any lip work or plastic surgery.
“If I were offered a free tummy tuck, I wouldn’t do it,” she said.

Soooooo……. one of her children has been asking for a year……. and she just now gets around to it???????? I’ll just bet it was her “BACK INJURY” that prevented a D-Land trip sooner$!$!$!$!$ Har-dee,Har-Har!
Now I think I have heard it all, I wish the best for these children and hopefully Kaiser will step in and report this crazy Beast for what she is doing (exploiting her children for money) and stealing from honest people, and those children will NEVER have to set foot in that unstable maniacs home…..How far does this really have to go. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!!!!!

Tax Revolt ‘09 - I’m in……..
If all of these people who are volunteering want to help these children so much, they need to walk away (their good hearts are being taken advantage of)…..harsh as that may sound but Miss MacOctoMom brought it on herself. These children also need to be taken away from this freakshow of a life she has brought them into by exploiting them and given Stable Homes and parents, where they can learn morals, how to work hard for what they get through honest living, (not asking to go to Disneyland for a year), how to be become independent, functioning adults, and have the attention of their parents be on them…..how on earth do you give 14 children love and bonding as a single parent? She is not even at the hospital with them. For a married couple this would be more than a challenge….with all of these nurses and nannies doing MacOctoMom’s job, what does she have to do but keep sit on her butt, hiding money made from the volunteers who are honestly trying to help, walk around with her hand out to volunteers for more donations, make money expoiting babies and hiding it while still taking welfare from the Taxpayers, these children are only learning or going to learn how to be lazy, lie, cheat and steal. Those poor children are going to be ridiculed because of who there so-called “mother” is and what she has done….do they really deserve that??
You know, its sad that everyone is so focused on Nayda and her mistakes instead of the issue at hand. Granted, she has made serious bad decisions, and none of them can be undone now so stop harping on it. There are six older children that are old enough to see how you guys are acting. I find it humorous that you can judge so easily….. and lower yourselves to the level of doing an organized protest. In my book that pretty much puts you on a lower level than her, to do something like that when there are children involved. So now who is being a bad role model on the children?

on dr. phil’s show today, octomonster is now asking people to donate furniture to her. Is there no end to her begging?
She says her daughter earned the trip to disneyland because she has been asking for it for a year. Regular people have to explain to their chlldren they cannot afford to go there. i guess octomonster can afford this as more bleeding hearts donate to her “children.”
That was Sat. and then on Sun. she spent $1,000. on make up. I guess the children needed that makeup.
We see how the donations are going, the donations are supposed to be supervised and only for the childrens needs. What a joke?
If donations are made, i feel she should be provided with regular things, nothing fancy. the money would then go further for their care.
How many regular people have murals painted by a professional on the ceiling of the nursery. It goes on and on.
With that many nurses, she can do what she is used to do ing, laughing at the american public for being so stupid.
This should give her more time to shop for all the “fancy” stuff she wants while they care for we pay for the childrens best of care. she will be living the life of a rich person.
as an observer of the comments on this story, it saddens me that regardless of the issue, we have turned into a “mob mentality” society. I do not agree with what this person has done in her private life. What bothers me the most, is that the media, the people we trust to give us truthful, unbiased information, opts to use their power to go against a single citizen. Who will be next?? Me, you, your kids??

I am embarrassed at societies lack of getting facts and just going by what the media tells them. From the beginning it seemed like they were out to get Nadia. The reporting about the make up was just an example of how far they can go to try to make the public hate her. Are we all that gullible? She said she paid 12.00 not 1,000.
I am the artist who painted artwork for Nadia’s room. It isn’t on the ceiling as you reported. Also, fyi I did it for free, partially in response to all the antagonistic reporting from the start without even knowing about her. Even though I don’t agree with everything she is done, and she herself as admitted mistakes, the babies are still lives created in the image of God and need to be loved and cared for and society should not feel they have the right to villianize her.
