Octomom in hiding

These incredible pix of a very pregnant Nadya Suleman have just gone up at TMZ.com – supposedly taken eight days before she gave birth to octuplets.
Meanwhile, Suleman has taken her six older children and gone into hiding, Reuters is reporting. The 33-year-old Fullerton native lives with her parents in Whittier. But her publicist told Reuters she has moved to an “undisclosed location” because of death threats and irate phone calls and emails.
Nadya Suleman’s interview with Dateline NBC aired last night, and people are still steamed. The mother of 14 told Ann Curry that she was supporting her children with students loans and that she doesn’t consider the food stamps she gets welfare. She also said she intends to go back to Fullerton State in the fall (she got her bachelor’s there) to complete her master’s in counseling and will rely on the school’s daycare center and volunteers, according to an Associated Press story.
Dateline MSNBC’s web site has posted a link to Visit the Nadya Suleman family web site, which has pictures of her octuplets and asks for donations (they take credit cards).
Today her publicist told Reuters that they have been contacted by many well wishers, some with offers of clothes and food. “Someone even promised to donate breast milk,” the story says. And an Indiana farmer has offered to have the whole family live with him and his family.

Well let her go to Indiana at least we won’t have to support them. Personally I think she needs to have a serious evaluation done and those kids need to be monitored. How rude that she actually set up a website to beg for money and support. What happened to her taking care of her kids herself?? I knew she was full of crap on that. She’s going to milk the system until her kids are 18. When is welfare going to investigate how she paid for the IVF when she was getting food stamps and SSI, if she has money for the IVF then she shouldn’t have gotten food stamps or SSI and she should be prosecuted to the fullest.
This is a lie, the PR firm is trying to drum up sympathy for their client. People are very upset with her, but who would seriously want to kill her? The PR firm and Octomom have already lied to us about government assistance and her “wonderful” story. It’s all a cash grab, take her kids away from her so we don’t have to be hit up with false sob stories.
Yeah she can’t feed her kids, but she can pay for an expensive looking website.

She needs to be arrested for fraud and have her kids taken away from her.

Your statement is exactly what I keep thinking about and the more times I hear about this nut case the more angry I get because she truly has a sickness and those 14 kids are going to have to suffer because of it!! I heard this comment some where else and it made me think…. If she hurt her back on the job and was collecting STATE disablility how in the heck can you carry 8 babies!! This woman is full of lies and more lies. I knew the hate calls, and hate mail and what not would be coming her way. Nadya Go to Indiana and live off of this farmer and his wife and quit making taxpayers pay for your ignorance and selfishness!!
She must be truly sick to act as she has - and then to try and justify it. She may need treatment for her sickness - but should also be punished for raping our system. Of course, the 14 siblings should remain together - but how can that be sustaned? She certainly is more interested in attention for herself rather than actually nuturing and caring for her children. What mother with young children has long - pokey - manicured nails as she has . . never mind the lips and lies. BTW - I heard that she has been using the WIC Center in Whittier for some time. Just a sick situation!

The doctors too are attention whores. They should not be able to practice anymore! Let’s see…..no money, no insurance, run down home, lives with parents, has no job, has no husband, boyfriend, and EIGHT babies have filled the Neonate unit. WHO is paying for this! THE NERVE the anyone with NO insurance have IVF with 8 babies and no way to pay for it, and EXPECT the people of Calif to pay….I can say I hate her!!!

This is funny and exactly what she was aiming for. She now has a website, and more publicity because of it.
I wish I could ignore this trainwreck. Prosecute her for fraud, take the kids. Seize any money she gets from idiots on her website.
Any money from the website should be given to pay the hospital bills, from what I have been reading the state of CA can not use an additional strain on their state medicaid system. (I live in NC and stumbled across this site, but can say I like it here!)
She should go into hiding. Actually she should stop going on TV and trying to suck money out of people and take care of her children.
This silly little bint should be allowed to finish her degree. Then she, and her doctor, should have to work off the money that the taxpayers have had to pay to support her foolish ways, by treating the homeless, veterans, and others who cannot afford care in this state. I would suggest they put in 10 hour days in free clinics or veteran’s hospitals, until the bills are paid off and they learn a good lesson about responsibility.
Food stamps are welfare, young lady. As is Medi-Cal. Learn some grace and maturity. You are not a child, you are a mother of 14, you silly girl.
Of course, any money she gets as well as any gifts, will be counted against the children’s SSI-which could render them ineligible for MediCal as well. I agree, what a scam.

I am glad that she reads the comments from people after hearing her story, but I think she is in hiding because she probably realizes she can be arrested for fraud. She said she paid approx. $100,000 for the IVF treatments that resulted in her pregnacies, that would have disqualified her from receiving SSI and food stamps. The pregnancies also show that she has no back injury, so the workmans comp claim is also fraud. Her mother said she has received no money for supporting the children, and yet she plans on going back to school, , at who’s expense? For the sake of the children, the authorities need to evaluate the whole situation. She is delusional.
She should have thought about the consequences BEFORE having multiple babies as a single woman. What was she thinking? That’s right - she WASN’T thinking

Take the babies away. They will end up qualifying for
SSI in time. Can’t have a litter and expect healthy robust babies and normal development throughout childhood. Any moey she receives should disqualify her for the SSI bennefits she already receives for her children,
And Gloria Alred can represent her all she wants…is she going to take society to court and get a court order to force us to donate? Ms. Alred just wants the opportunity to hit on Octomom!

look to someone else to be sooo angry with people. Nadya isn’t doing anything illegal or against the law. Turn your anger to the thousand who filed false claims after Katrina hit. Or the crook appraisers in cohoots with mortgage brokers who drove up home prices only to have them worth half as much, and the owner in lieu of losing their home. Or someone like Maddoff who just looks to steal investment money that will affect us all in one way or another! And countless other tragedies, instead of this swelling anger about a deluded woman who wants to be a mom. Yes our state will be the next to blame for giving her the money. But regardless of how you feel she (or whomever cares for the children) will recieve the state aid. So instead of waisting all this time blogging on this article or Nadya’s email, write to our politicians and get them to cut this kind of aid!!!
Bob I’m a very well educated woman with three beautiful boys. All I am saying is that look and think beyond Nadya, and find where the problems all of you have with her is. I’m not by any means saying it nuts to have that many kids, I am just saying why be soo angry! Its not your problem to deal with it is hers. If you don’t have anything nice to say why say it!
I agree with you Bob. No one is talking about every woman, China, or the Hood. Were talking about this nut-job. The only person that should take responsibility for their actions is Nadya- (or shall I say the Angelina wanna-be). Sorry lady, your plan for narcissistic attention with those children has back fired on you. You are going to live a very unhappy life. No more lip injections. No more facial peels, or manicures. It is not a race issue, there are women of all different nationalities who rape the system. However, this woman was physically inseminated with these children. 7 children is not 14 children. This is beyond ridiculous and the doctor that inseminated a woman who has no husband, lives with her parents in a tiny little home, already had 6 children, on foodstamps/welfare, and no way of supporting these helpless little humans should be forced to pay for her expenses! We are going to be the ones footin’ the bill here. You, me and everyone else…if you are okay with that…more power to you! I am not okay with that at all!

I couldn’t imagine Jon and Kate plus eight, the Duggars 14 and pregnant again, and countless others(that all have recieved and are recieving freebeeis). Though your children are precious and absolutely adorable the manner in which you choose to bring them into this world borders on criminal. They are the innocent ones who did nothing to deserve the selfishness their mother has choosen to bestow upon them. I wish them nothing but the best, but the mother should honestly be in a mental health facility. It is a privelage not a right to have children and the selfish manner and path you have chosen for them is completely shameful and should lead to your name being put on new laws to govern such behavior to prevent this from happening in the future. If the mother truly cares about those kids she would allow able and loving families of her own choosing adopt them to give them the life she will never be able to. She owes them all at least that much at this point!
And now the state is on the verge of RAISING OUR TAXES to pay for more Nadya Suleman’s of California. Everyone should quit their jobs and apply for government relief. NOT ONE POLITICIAN, republican or democrat, has spoken out about the welfare abuse or done anything about it. We will end up paying $millions$ of taxdollars for this one baby breeder. How many more breeders are there out there gaming the system? THOUSANDS! And they collect their checks every 2 weeks with the blessing of the ones who pile more taxes upon your backs!

I read somewhere that all the children have the same biological father. Does anyone know what , if any, is his legal liability to help support all these kids? Just wondering.
I also agree that she has gone way to far in many ways but as far as how she afforded the fertility treatments or invitro…there was one article that said she had saved it from the $165,000 she got from workmans comp when she hurt her back. This is a very intellegent and apparently well educated woman but she obviously has some very serious problems. I agree that the children should be monitored by childrens services to make sure they are cared for properly.
He has no legal liability, he is a donor only and she takes full responsiblity for all of this.

I for one am tired of paying for children that people can not afford. I work very hard and do not even recieve health benefits but this woman gets free medical through the California medi-cal.
This woman is trully unfit to raise these children. California should step in and protect these octuplets. My vote…..find homes for these children…..

I read where she recieved over $165,000 in Comp payments. Was this what paid for her visits to the fertility clinics.

The taxpayers are not supporting the Duggar bunch. If they can afford it, more power to them! Also, the oldest children help out with the younger ones.
I don’t think Octomom’s seven year old will be much help with the babies.
I ok with setting up a small donation to move this lady out of our state so she won’t soak up anymore of my hard earn tax dollars.

I had a premature baby. I was released fromt he hospital, but for the month that my daughter was in the hospital I spent several hours a day at the hospital feeding and holding my baby. The Doctors said the nuturing I gave her was one of the main reasons she survived with no problems. This selfish mother is in hiding, leaving the care of all of her children to Who? There is no bonding going on or any care for her other 6 children. The state should cut this drama short and go in NOW and take all of the children into protective custody. They could then start the process of finding adoptive parents for all of these abandoned children.

Shelly states that octo freak hasn’t broken the law? Isn’t using workman’s comp money for $100,000 in-vitro treatments against the law - wouldn’t that be fraud? Also, what about the grants/school loans? Those are supposed to be used for “schooling and living’ purposes, not to make yourself try and look like Angelina J by having part of your nose cut off and puffing up your lips. It’s amazing that some people don’t know this stuff!! Forget hiding, this woman needs to be taken into custody for FRAUD!!
What I’m curious about is, what is the average salary for a person with a masters in counseling? $70-$90k gross? thats barely enough to support 6 kids let alone 14
This women needs a sanity evaluation! Is she out of her mind! #1 She was not taking care of her other children her parents were. #2. Not taking government support HA! what does she think food stamps are? #3. She’s on disablity for her back how do you think carrying 8 babies in a huge belly is going to do to your back? #4. This is a terrible roll model for girls out there that now think they can have a baby or multiple babies and have the tax payers foot the bill! #5. She says she was an only child and had no sibilings were I think she was and is a spoiled self person to do this and not think of the welfare of these kids when she doesn’t have a husband, no real means of support and is in self denial about the whole thing!
It is in the Chicago Sun Times that Octomom has made several attempts to reach out to Angelina Jolie with letters and extolling her talent and humanitarian efforts on behalf of children’s issues around the world. It says Angelina Jolie is totally creeped out.

For all you people who are sending Nadya money and gifts and think what she did is ok. Good old Dr. Michael Kamrava has transferred seven embryos into a Woman who is 49 and pregnant with quadruplets who was at the Good Samaritan Hospital but was transferred to the County - USC because she lacks insurance. This is dangerous because she is close to 50. She is on bed rest until the birth which could be two or three months from now. This woman denies Kamrava is her doctor.
At least she is married and her and her husband have jobs, but no insurance.
I guess nut jobs attract other nut jobs.

And there are thousands of mexicans crossing the borderso they can have there kids here so they can get free medical help, on the taxpayers dime. What about that? Why aren’t you angry about that? At least Nadya is a resident! Id rather see ger get the help then that family that crosses our broder and gets everything hands down! when do we fight that! When do we change that??

Shelly - who says i’m not angry about the other free loaders? Just because we have thousands of free loaders doesn’t mean we should condone more of it coming in. The differance is that this lady you’re defending is taking it to the very extreme of free loading off mine and every other tax payers hard earn money. Every single people who exploit the system like this should be kicked out of the system and possibly persecuted for fraud.

The doctor who implanted her should have to support all these children until they reach majority, and futher on if they require assistance. This is such a disgusting tragedy indicative of our current world’s thinking. I am asshamed.

None of these women should get support, simply for being pregnant. They are using human beings as commodities. The most despicable act in motherhood. They don’t want babies, they want a trading voucher…
